Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 3 drops rose water
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices with a pinch of salt.
  • Add mint leaves and gently bruise them.
  • Introduce gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and rose water to the shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
